1Password is being shared with new people every day, and we’re adding people to our team to keep up. We’re looking for an IT-Ops Analyst to help make sure our team has reliable technical support. As a member of the Technology Org Team, you’ll contribute to an approachable and friendly IT Team.
This position is expected to work during normal Pacific Standard Time zone working hours.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an IT role in a Mixed OS and SAAS environment.
  • A passion for learning and helping others.
  • Experience with scalable ticketing systems including automated workflows and integrations to other systems.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate at any tech level. 
  • Adept at translating tech jargon to casual conversation.
  • Personal experience with 1Password is an asset.

  • Possess the ability to adapt to changing workflows and work with minimal supervision.
