Language Services Associates, Inc. Remote Full-time

The Interpreter Management Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance to LSA’s large network of interpreters that service on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting. The Interpreter Management Specialist will partner with department leadership to strategize and increase interpreter engagement and satisfaction.


  • Provide support and guidance to LSA’s linguist network (including but not limited to, call handling and payment inquires, technical support, and on-boarding support).
  • Contribute to and provide departmental support to plan and execute interpreter engagement activities for all service lines.
  • Understand LSA platforms, workflows, and best practices for all service lines.
  • Help monitor and evaluate the performance of the scheduled employee interpreters.
  • Partner with Inbound, Outbound, Learning & Development and WFM teams to increase interpreter utilization.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in matters of performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Provide Contact Center Support as necessary.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
