Acentra is looking for a Internal Quality Improvement Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a vital member of Acentra Health’s quality improvement team, the Internal Quality Improvement Supervisor drives impactful improvements in the organization’s performance and compliance. This role focuses on leading process improvement initiatives, facilitating Lean/Six Sigma strategies, and ensuring adherence to contract deliverables. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, the supervisor works collaboratively with both the operations and quality teams to enhance performance and quality outcomes across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive quality and process improvement projects within the Internal Quality Improvement Program (IQIP)
  • Develop and analyze Lean/Six Sigma monitoring reports to ensure contract compliance and process efficiency
  • Guide project teams in the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma improvement strategies
  • Oversee Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and ensure compliance with the company’s Comprehensive Confidentiality Plan
  • Prepare quarterly reports for internal and client leadership teams
  • Collaborate with the Quality Director on CMS site visits and monthly COR calls, contributing to the development and execution of quality improvement plans
  • Ensure that all IQIP, CI, and QIP activities are in compliance with performance standards and identify any deviations
  • Contribute to the creation of audit tools and process improvement methodologies, yielding both quantitative and qualitative outcomes
  • Serve as a continuous improvement consultant to internal customers, building effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Support companywide leadership initiatives, fostering teamwork and a culture of quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive quality improvement experience, with an emphasis on performance measurement systems
  • 2+ years of experience leading improvement teams or continuous improvement projects
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience with A3 improvement project development
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Applications

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated success using quality improvement tools to drive effective organizational change
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively

Compensation 

The pay range for this position is $61,470 – $85,400 per year

“Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”
