Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, prospecting potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on inbound leads to qualify potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation and research activities.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products or services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Sell add on and stand-alone products to existing franchisee as directed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to the sales manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programs and self-study.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong phone presence and active listening abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and effectively manage customer objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with Restaurant Technology or Restaurant operation and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

 

The base salary range for this position is $52,500 to $83,491 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
