We’re looking for a Partner Inside Channel Development Manager to join our growing team. The Inside Channel Development Manager will be a key member of our Partnerships organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within our partner network and reseller ecosystem across North America. This role will collaborate closely with the 1Password team, Distributors, Customers, and Resellers to achieve strategic objectives.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel business development or inside channel partnership roles.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in scaling partner recruit and sales activities and executing follow-up strategies.
- Ability to support marketing campaigns and increase market share through targeted strategies.
- Proficiency in conducting outbound communications and engaging with channel partners.
- Experience in supporting recruitment and onboarding of resellers and distributors.
What you can expect:
- Partner with the 1Password team, Distributors, Customers, and Resellers to drive new business through effective partner lead and partner-sourced lead follow-up and engagement.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners by demonstrating deep knowledge of 1Password’s technology, products, and services.
- Scale activities such as blitz and call down days to amplify messaging and increase market share within the partner network and reseller ecosystem.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new 1Password resellers and distributors.
- Engage and support channel partners in activities to accelerate pipeline growth and drive revenue.
- Promote and support marketing campaigns within the channel community to drive awareness and participation.
- Conduct outbound communications to both existing and new Channel
- Partners to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Serve as a liaison between Customers, Partners, and the 1Password sales organization to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Execute follow-up activities to ensure continuity and progress on initiatives.
- Implement strategies to increase market share of assigned campaigns or channels through targeted communications and activities.
