Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and advising on people-based business decisions with senior leaders and people managers across the organisation.
  • Providing expert advice on a range of human resource queries from within the organisation.
  • Consulting with stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices.
  • Creating positive employee experiences and effective employee communications.
  • Leading continuous improvement and development of HR processes and systems driving improvements, automation and efficiency.
  • Participating in compensation planning, including supporting the benchmarking of roles throughout the year and administration of the salary review process.
  • Oversee benefits and payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to our people.
  • Working closely with L&D and Recruitment on cross-HR projects and initiatives.
  • Leading and participating in HR projects as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience of working in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-scaling environment
  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related field is desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Extensive experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
  • Excellent understanding of HR principles, practices and employment law
  • Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and HR software tools
  • MS Office/G-suite
