We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of On Site Retail to join our team at Three Ten Merch.
What you’ll do:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and Hindsight for all On Site retail activations. Including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close details.
- Lead merchant and Product team to optimize business to support On Site retail growth- Including but not limited to Costing improvement, Trend guides, Time and Action Calendar creation
- Influence product direction and trend in partnership with Creative team.
- Assist in deal analysis for new projects to optimize profitability and minimize financial risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within the organization.
- Make strategic recommendations regarding business opportunities that will deliver new or enhanced revenue streams for Three Ten Merchandising and Sony Music.
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- You have a proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- You are an excellent negotiator with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
- You have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software applications (e.g., SAP including IP and BPC, Power BI, Excel).
- You have demonstrated strategic thinking skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and execute strategies to optimize financial performance.
- You have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- You have strong integrity, ethics, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.
