We’re looking for a forward-thinking and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive user acquisition.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategy. Your strategic vision will drive customer acquisition, foster customer retention, and deliver a measurable impact on revenue and growth.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities, drive user acquisition, and meet KPIs.
  • Supervise the department, providing inspiring leadership to the team members, ensuring their professional development and high performance.
  • Produce creative ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, product launch, etc.
  • Forecast trends, monitor competitor activity, and conduct market research to keep ahead of trends and competitors’ strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and make recommendations and improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as product, design, sales) to align on company goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, and any other promotional material.
  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.


  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the tech/mobile app industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
