The Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Creative with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to help the team run an effective creative engine for consistent creative wins.
The Growth Marketing team at Elevate is a lean, agile, and high-impact team driving ambitious company growth goals. Over the last couple of years, we scaled Elevate and Balance to over 60M downloads. You will be an integral member of the growth marketing team, and take our apps’ growth to the next level by bridging rigorous data analytics with creative thinking.
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn and adapt, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and understands the nuances of performant paid social ads.
This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North or South America.
How You’ll Make an Impact Here:
- You will project manage creative workflows from start to finish.
- You will execute creative strategies that push boundaries and grow our brands’ market presence to new heights.
- You will supply cross-functional teams with creative insights, including but not limited to paid social trends, testing results, competitor creative research, and audience segmentations.
- You will participate in (and eventually lead) cross-functional creative discussions around creative performance data, strategic insights, and creative ideas, melding rigorous data analytics with creative thinking and industry best practices.
- You will write effective creative briefs and performant ad copy/scripts.
- You will bring optimism, positivity, and efficacy in working relationships and meeting facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- You will continually look for ways to streamline the creative development process and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in media buying with experience managing creative workflows
- Experience with social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap) in a marketing capacity
- Experience automating processes and improving creative testing velocity while not sacrificing the quality of creative concepts
- Strong track record of developing performant ad concepts, and skilled at taking creative ideas from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight
- Knowledge in data analysis and digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) with the ability to make data-driven decisions using data analytic tools such as Excel, Gsheet, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Cross-functional collaborator with highly effective communication skills
- Go-getter and master researcher – proactively seeking solutions and knowledge
Bonus:
- Experience at an early-stage startup with a focus on the subscription app space
