Role Summary
As the Growth Manager, Field & Virtual Events, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events globally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving engagement through events—both virtual and physical—have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events (e.g., webinars), ensuring alignment with growth objectives, smooth cross-functional execution, and on-time delivery. Track and analyze event performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Content & Communication Support: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop event materials (invitations, presentations, emails, ads), and manage event communications across channels to drive attendance. Ensure content aligns with event goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on event strategy. Support vendor coordination and contribute to engagement strategies to maximize impact.
- Lead Generation & Data Management: Track leads generated from events, ensure accurate CRM data entry, and support reporting and analysis to assess performance, optimize ROI, and inform lead-nurturing strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
- Proven track record in planning and executing corporate events, branded roadshows, and field events that drive revenue.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills to measure and analyze the impact of campaigns.
- Proficiency in Marketing Tech: HubSpot, Salesforce, ON24.
- Willingness to travel for in-person events as needed.
- Nice-to-have: experience or familiarity with paid media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn advertising and Google search.
