- Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online group therapy and serving perinatal patients
- Proficiency in structuring and leading virtual group therapy sessions
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Expertise in building group sessions that drive patient participation, support, and healing
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite

What you’ll do
- Facilitate 55-minute telehealth sessions supporting pregnant, postpartum, and grief/loss perinatal mental health patients
- Participate in collaborative individual and group supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive peer consultation
- Provide input, feedback, and observations to support group curriculum development
- Able to lead groups in the evening (from 5 PM-8 PM EST, or 4 PM-7 PM CST, or 3 PM-6 PM MST, or 2 PM-5 PM PST)
- Available to lead groups at least 2-3 days per week Monday-Friday
- Able to commit 5-10 hours per week, with opportunity to grow commitment over time
- This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity
Who you are
- Currently independently licensed as a Psychologist with authority to practice under PSYPACT
- Licensed in NY a plus
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
- Have experience running groups within perinatal mental health (e.g., NICU, women’s clinic, women’s PHP/IOP program)
- Have experience running virtual group therapy, preferably for at least 2 years
- Drive to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
- Passionate about the benefits of group therapy and skilled in leading group therapy sessions
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
