We are looking for mission-based Customer Experience / Mystery Evaluators for premium and luxury brands.
As an existing luxury brand customer, you will conduct 1-4 mystery evaluations of the brands per month and give your feedback via a questionnaire. You will evaluate some of the most prestigious premium and luxury brands in the world and will be remunerated for sharing your feedback in cash or purchases.
Requirements to be a Customer Experience Evaluator
- To be an existing client of Premium and Luxury brands
- Likes to interact with people
- Punctual, organized, detail oriented, reliable.
- Good understanding of the Fashion/Beauty/Jewellery/Watch/Automobile industry
- Must be great in English (Written & Spoken) and/or local language
- No prior experience needed, we look for honest feedback from real customers
- This is a freelance, project-based position
- Flexible working hours
