This role would also have significant exposure to executive leadership, with the opportunity for growth over time and contributing to our culture. Finally, your work will help ensure the growth and impact of a mission-driven business that is transforming the way students learn through current, engaging learning content.
Why We’ll Love You:
You have 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment working cross-functionally and building relationships with business partners. You have demonstrated success in building budgets and forecasts, financial modeling, and have a keen understanding of financial close and forecasting processes, and are competent in working with large data sets and BI reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.). Additionally, you’re experienced in using sales and financial systems (Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, etc.), and have advanced skills in Excel. You are well-versed in financial modeling, with the ability to identify key model drivers and build complex financial & operational models to forecast the future with accuracy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they have accurate reporting, and will partner with them to identify areas for analysis that can move the needle on business decisions. You have a track record of maintaining and improving business processes, and ideally have designed and implemented new processes from scratch. You are driven by metrics, and strive to partner across the organization to help add value to the business wherever possible. You are a trusted business partner with exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex financial concepts across a variety of audiences. You are highly motivated, a team player, and comfortable operating at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while skillfully managing the financial details.
