Do you have a knack for finding the perfect balance between productivity and relationship-building at work? Do you find yourself regularly going above and beyond to find creative solutions to everyday problems? Is it true for you that it’s not just about what you get done but how you get it done? If you easily answered “yes” to all three, then we’re looking for you to join The N2 Company as a Field Support Representative!

N2 is America’s leading publisher of community magazines. We’re proud of our award-winning media brands – they reach millions of readers in 47 states and help great businesses connect with ideal clients – but we’re even more proud to provide supportive and fulfilling remote work opportunities for our people.

At N2, Field Support Representatives are our liaisons between our Home Office team members and our sales rock stars, known as Area Directors. On the Support team, Field Support Reps play the role of coach, teacher, and trouble-shooter when helping Area Directors across the country. They deliver impeccable service through written and verbal communication, and while each team member is equipped to answer all types of questions, this Field Support Representative role will focus a little more on queries and issues related to the design of our print publications.

The hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. We’ll begin conducting virtual interviews with qualified candidates right away. This role will be fully remote. The salary for this position is $43,000.
