As a Sales Development Representative with FullStack, you’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Entry-level SDR at FullStack, you’ll embark on a thrilling journey of identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects within our target market. You’ll master the art of pinpointing ideal customers and tailor our offerings to suit their needs. Utilizing cutting-edge tools like Apollo, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Hubspot, and a VOIP system, you’ll craft compelling outreach campaigns via video, email, LinkedIn, and yes, even cold-calling. Your goal? To secure meetings for our Director of Inside Sales while paving your path to career advancement within our organization.
What You’ll Dive Into:
From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in our sales ecosystem, learning the ropes of our tools and processes. Week by week, you’ll ramp up your efforts, from sending emails and texts to making over 100 cold calls. By your third week, you’ll be proudly booking a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects, with the aim of reaching eight meetings per month by your second month.
