About The Residency Program?

The Residency Program is designed to provide an experience where learning is your priority for the first three months of your career with OBO. Not only do residents learn how OBO works with clients on complex business technology integrations, but also the necessary skills, context, and knowledge to be top performers on demanding projects. The Residency Program provides residents with a high-level understanding of everything OBO does– from building customer journeys to designing complex technology systems. You really get what you put into this program!

One of the most unique features of Residency with us? Residents get to learn what THEY like to do, which we think is equally important when building a great team. We’re a company that understands that people are not one-dimensional, which is why we give new residents the opportunity to explore topics across a broad range of possible career paths here at OBO.

So who are we looking for? Easy. Smart people that enjoy taking on challenges and love applying the things they learn to help clients solve real-world problems.
