In this role, you will:

The Enterprise Operations Specialist is responsible for onboarding sophisticated multi-restaurant groups. They will also work on partner integrations, spearhead the occasional special project, and assist other branches of the Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will possess an amalgamation of technical, sales, operations, and account management skills. They will be a product authority and a seasoned trainer. We are looking for a self-starter capable of leading complex projects and keeping our largest customers happy.


  • Installation of all OpenTable products for Enterprise groups with high quality and operational efficiency.

  • Lead restaurants through operational aspects of pilots and complex rollouts.

  • Train new and existing customers on all aspects of OpenTable software and partner integrations.

  • Lead special projects that span 1-2 quarters.

  • Occasional travel to in-person pilots and customer meetings.

  • Assist the Enterprise account management team with detailed operational/technical conversations and training.

  • Assist Enterprise sales team with complex software demonstrations.

  • Work with the Enterprise Ops team to build scalable rollout plans based on the needs and capabilities of each customer.

  • Lead the deployment of new integrations as they become available.

  • Play a consultative role in optimizing OpenTable for large groups; propose creative solutions to overcome feature gaps.

  • Work with corporate operations and training teams to plan, execute, and support each rollout, including frequent status calls and “train the trainer” sessions.

  • Install OpenTable products at new locations as legacy customers expand.

  • Pilot new features and processes; provide detailed feedback to the pertinent technical teams.

  • Build and maintain written installation standards and training materials for large corporate customers.

  • Lead and execute large-scale software migration projects.

  • Handle ongoing support and maintenance of Enterprise customer relationships.

  • Evaluate restaurant books for existing customers and provide recommendations and training to increase business.

Please apply if:

  • At least one year of OpenTable onboarding or account management experience

  • Deep understanding of OpenTable products

  • Strong familiarity with the needs of large restaurant groups in the fine dining, casino, and/or hotel sectors

  • Strong technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively convey OpenTable requirements to corporate IT staff

  • Excellent social, planning, and time management skills

  • Excellent presentation skills; strong writing skills

  • Ability to understand issues and tackle problems in a timely manner

  • Ability to work independently to deliver quality results

  • Ability to work variable hours based on customer needs, including normal restaurant service hours in all North American time zones

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $60,000-$70,000USD.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
