Olo NYC or Remote Full-time

At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country’s largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you’ve ordered directly from a restaurant brand’s app or website, we’ve made that happen.
As the Rails Engineering Manager, you will lead the team in developing and expanding our marketplace integrations. With continued consumer demand for digital marketplace ordering, we are seeking a leader to join our team and drive success in this exciting area as our business continues to grow.
Olo’s Engineering Managers uplift and pave the way for their team to achieve their best work through transformational leadership, people-focused management, and a passion for creating great software. You will also support and advocate for your team in their collaboration with internal stakeholders, like Product, as well as external partners.
You will report to the Engineering Director, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
