Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with copy and design teams to create compelling, conversion-driven content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Analyze email performance metrics, interpret trends, and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, legal requirements, and deliverability standards
Reporting:
- Report to and work closely with the VP of Marketing to align on strategies, goals, and performance metrics.
SMS Marketing:
- Assist in designing and implementing effective SMS marketing campaigns using Wunderkind to complement email marketing efforts.
- Develop targeted SMS strategies to reach customers with personalized and timely messages.
- Manage SMS lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Track and analyze SMS campaign performance, providing insights for adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.
Strategy and Analysis:
- Support the creation and execution of integrated email and SMS marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in email and SMS marketing.
Relationships and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors to optimize email and SMS tools and resources.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in email and SMS marketing.
- Experience working with retail, CPG, or apparel brands either in-house or at an agency.
- Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a network of contacts.
- Deep knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools, including Klaviyo and the latest digital trends.
- Experience with Shopify for e-commerce integration.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and growth.
