Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Manage email schedules, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with copy and design teams for content creation.
  • Contribute to the design, content creation, and segmentation of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Monitor and report on email performance metrics, providing insights for optimization to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements.

SMS Marketing:

  • Assist in designing and implementing effective SMS marketing campaigns using Wunderkind to complement email marketing efforts.
  • Develop targeted SMS strategies to reach customers with personalized and timely messages.
  • Manage SMS lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Track and analyze SMS campaign performance, providing insights for adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.

Strategy and Analysis:

  • Support the creation and execution of integrated email and SMS marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in email and SMS marketing.

Relationships and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors to optimize email and SMS tools and resources.


  • Report to and work closely with the Sr. Director of Retention to align on strategies, goals, and performance metrics.


  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in email and SMS marketing.
  • Experience working with retail, CPG, or apparel brands either in-house or at an agency.
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a network of contacts.
  • Deep knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools, including Klaviyo and the latest digital trends.
  • Experience with Shopify for e-commerce integration.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and growth.
