What You’ll Do
- Thoroughly review applications for errors and structures
- Generate legally binding contracts for clients presenting agreed-upon loan terms
- Conduct general searches on applications and update the client profiles as needed
- Assist the funding department with ordering third-party inspections
- Work with peers to ensure clients are funded in a timely, efficient manner
What You’ll Need
- Must be available to work from 12pm-8pm (EST)
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
- Understanding of the finance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
- Possess a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue
- High level of attention to detail
- Capability to multi-task throughout the day
