Who You Are
The Director of Partnership Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. Leveraging existing partnerships, contractual agreements, and a developed pipeline, this role will focus on fostering and expanding relationships with key strategic partners, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and ensuring the success of partner initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Oversee and enhance existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner integrations and joint initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen relationships and drive mutual business success
  • Commercial Partner Development: Identify and create potential revenue streams across Ontic’s existing technology partner  ecosystem 
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to establish new partnerships
  • Pipeline Optimization: Manage and optimize the existing partnership pipeline for maximum revenue impact  
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the current pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support pipeline growth
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations
  • Work with analytics tools to track and measure the impact of partnership activities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies
  • Contractual Management: Manage and optimize existing contractual agreements with partners
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and negotiate renewals as needed
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial partnership development within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding partnerships
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements and working with senior executives to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding partnership development targets
  • Ability to drive measurable business impact through strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics tracking
