ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and effective revenue marketing leader to own our demand generation and marketing funnel optimization. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this person will work closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to fuel the company’s growth. This leader will both manage a team and get their hands dirty in a range of marketing tactics – from partner marketing to conversion rate optimization to marketing analysis.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Lead a team of marketers responsible for our demand gen channels, including email, events, and paid media, to reach our revenue goals.  Grow the team through hiring and training.
  • Develop and execute multi channel lead generation strategies, including educational top of funnel campaigns as well as product centric launch activities.
  • Collaborate with external partners to support our mutual goals and execute comarketing campaigns. Work closely with all go-to-market teams to align on goals, collaborate on campaigns, and drive full funnel success.
  • Perform marketing analysis in conjunction with the marketing operations team to set team strategy, identify opportunities, and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Get your hands dirty in a variety of lead gen tactics as needed to grow leads and pipeline through both organic and paid, digital and offline channels.

WHO YOU ARE

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing hands-on execution role, with 3-5 years of experience leading teams
  • Experience leading and executing demand generation programs across a variety of paid and organic channels
  • Experience with SMB go-to-market execution, ideally with sales-led and product-led funnels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present clearly to an executive audience
  • Analytical and able to draw insights from data to set team strategy and forecast results
  • Leadership experience with a history of hiring and developing teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience in ecommerce a plus
