We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, to join our regional North American marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Americas Marketing, you will execute and provide strategic digital marketing direction for campaigns and initiatives within the Americas sales region.
What your day will look like:
- You are the digital marketing business partner to regional marketing managers in our team. You’ll also collaborate and work cross functionally across various other corporate teams including: digital marketing and marketing automation, product/content/industry marketing teams and the newly formed SDR organization
- Your role will have a heavy focus on implementation of Genetec’s email marketing program including drip and nurture campaigns, event and webinar recruitment, eNewsletters. You will not only execute the program, but advise on overall strategy and performance
- Build and advise on audience segmentation and campaign lists
- Manage theemail marketing calendar to ensure appropriate cadence of communication to various target groups
- Create, publish and optimize landing pages in alignment with campaign objectives
- Lead Management; Oversee proper and timely lead entry from tradeshows and events, monitor lead scoring campaign methodology and ensure proper technical set up for lead flow, monitor the sync of leads and contacts between CRM and Marketo, ensuring data is clean and error-free
- Report on campaign performance in alignment with each lead stage and support the regional marketing team with optimizing tactics to achieve improved results across all stages of the sales funnel/demand gen waterfall
- Coordinate the work and ensure success of variousfreelancers and/or digital agencies
- This is a remote based position and some travel will be required.Approximate quarterly visits to Genetec HQ in Montreal, Canada, and twice annual in-person regional marketing meetings will be required
About you:
- 5+ years digital B2B marketing experience
- Marketo Certification or equivalent
- Experience working with the following (or similar) Martech stack: Marketing Automation/Marketo; CRM/Microsoft Dynamics, Content Management System/ Bloomreach brXM
- Experience working with agencies to scale digital marketing initiatives
- Proven track record of executing successful multi-faceted, integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the sales funnel and demand generation waterfall. You enjoy applying this knowledge to help build scalable marketing programs and practices from the ground up
- Ability to translate technical digital marketing tactics into executable programs that align with business strategy and help achieve bottom line results
- True passion for marketing and demand generation. You enjoy creating marketing programs that drive measurable business results
- High level of detail orientation
- Self-motivated to achieve deadlines and results
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
