Our client is a fast-growing identity verification technology company. They help commercial organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies meet regulatory compliance and mitigate business risks with their unique industry-leading identity verification solutions.

About the role…

As a Data Administrative Assistant, you will be dealing with clients all over the world in different time zones and cultures, tracking multiple testing activities at the same time, and supporting our client’s sales and partnership team.

Responsibilities…

  • Support our client’s sales and partnership team
  • ID verification during the onboarding process
  • Organize the information provided by their clients
  • Composing emails
  • Communication with clients via Zoom meetings

Requirements

  • Near – Native English level
  • 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Proven experience in data organization
  • Client facing skills
  • Email coordination
  • Great communication skills
  • Super organized
  • Oriented to details
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SQL (Nice to have)
