What we ae looking for

  • Professional-level English skills
  • Customer service experience on live calls
  • A working headset
  • Quiet area to take calls
  • Tech support skills (a plus; not required)
  • Familiarity with online education services (a plus; not required)
  • 30 wpm typing speed
  • Hard-wired internet (no wi-fi)
  • Able to commit to 30 hours per week
  • Willing to take phone calls
  • Willing to download a virtual work environment
