We are looking for a Creatives Ops Analyst to join our Creatives Ops team. 

The Creatives Ops team is responsible for adding value to our Advertisers through creatives productions and adaptations to serve Jampp’s mobile performance campaigns. We work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align our workload to their requirements and priorities. Our end goal is to design ads that are engaging while meeting our client’s performance and compiling with industry standards

As a Creatives Ops Analyst you will bring an analytical mindset to the team: being the owner of A/B tests and all kind of creative testing opportunities, your daily tasks will be organizing, coordinating and following all tests creatives-related and gathering the insights from them. We look for someone who can help us track and learn from our creations.  

We are looking for someone with interest in the creatives world with the capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time and basic analytical skills to bring down the learnings to concrete numbers. 

Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, it means that you can work remotely from any part of Argentina. 


  • Be responsible for creative strategy and production. Performing customer, industry and regional research to source ideas and understand brand specifics. Ideate and storyboard different concepts for internal or external vendor production. 
  • Build out customers ad’s strategy to improve performance and meet with them to properly communicate results and become a trusted creative advisor. 
  • Develop and run a creative experiment process and debrief the results of each major learning to integrate the lessons learned into our future designs, new concepts and tooling.
  • Develop and nurture strategic creative relationships with top mobile customers, implementing disruptive initiatives that generate retention through pitching, creative advice discovery and problem-solving.
  • Help build and lead a team of designers to execute creative production and creative pipeline.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to develop best practices, templates, increase efficiencies and streamline processes.

  • 3+years experience in Creative Leadership positions (preferably in a fast-paced creative agency, gaming or product-driven company, managing multiple creative projects simultaneously).
  • Ability to own the design process end-to-end from concept to implementation.
  • Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Strong grasp of art, design, technical fundamentals and creative asset management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both in english and spanish)
  • Canvas past and present experiments to identify mobile trends and best practices per app, vertical, and creative format.


  • Experience in a mobile gaming company and/or in a ad technology company
  • Track record of marketing performance/achievements with creatives/landings/campaigns. 
  • Experience managing third party creative vendors.
