We are a multi-disciplinary team that drives a consistent voice and experience through our entire customer and partner network. The team is made up of communication designers, product designers, visual designers and researchers who work hand in hand with marketing, product management, and engineering to build CircleCI’s industry-leading product. What you'll do:

• Work cross-functionally to drive the brand vision and unify the visual language across multiple touchpoints.
• Lead projects from concept through delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques and explorations.
• Maintain a culture of feedback that builds safety, allows for vulnerability and brings out the best in the team.

You should be knowledgeable in current design practices, so that you can guide and develop designers in their craft.

Strong candidates will be proficient in technical concepts and have some understanding of the specific challenges of visual design in the dev tool space.
