Ro is on a mission to change the healthcare industry. Wanna join us? We’re looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter to join our growing in-house marketing team. You’ll write copy that connects; turning complex health topics into clear, compelling content that meets people where they are.  
We’re looking for someone with 3 – 4 yrs of experience and the writing chops to build data-informed copy that empowers folks to make proactive, informed decisions about their health, and who believes brand creatives can play a key role in making neutral, clinically sounding health info accessible to all. 
You’ll partner closely with various teams to ideate and produce gutsy, thoughtful content for Ro’s growing portfolio of care verticals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll flex your writing and strategic thinking skills daily.

A Bit About You
You’re a natural communicator with a strong sense of empathy and voice. You love digging into a brief and turning it into something memorable. You enjoy collaboration, but you’re also a proactive doer who can run with an idea. You have a love for testing and iterating—headline A/B testing – you’re in! You care about health, accessibility, and helping people feel more confident in their own skin.

What You’ll Do

  • Write clear, engaging copy across social, web, email, product, and more
  • Concept and develop ideas alongside the whole team. At Ro, we’re all collaborative creators.
  • Bring a can-do attitude where no task feels too small to get done correctly
  • Implement Ro’s distinctive brand voice, balancing the evocative with the empathetic.
  • Use insights to inform conversion-focused copy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of digital culture and contemporary creative—and help Ro stay ahead of the curve
  • Partner with Legal and Medical to ensure content is compliant, accurate, and trustworthy
  • Be curious and passionate about Ro’s mission to help folks meet their health goals.

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years of copywriting experience (DTC or health-related preferred)
  • A portfolio that shows strong, versatile writing across multiple formats
  • Passion for creating smart, human, high-impact content
  • Familiarity with digital platforms—especially TikTok, Instagram, and email
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills; grammar matters to you
  • Multi-tasking + the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a point of view
