As a Content Marketing Specialist, you have:
-Proven track record of creating engaging and impactful content in various formats,
-including social media posts, blogarticles, videos, and presentations.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including spelling and
grammar.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
-Plan the go-to-market strategy and execute the launch of new product features and
releases.
-Develop, execute, and coordinate a content marketing strategy that drives awareness,
demand, and education for our product portfolio within the Atlassian Marketplace.
-Create and update technical and non-technical content for a variety ofchannels
(including our website, blog, socialmedia, email campaigns, product documentation,
etc..) to attract, educate, and convert new customers.
-Produce educational video content, such as product explainer videos for YouTube and
product demo videos that support customer success and product adoption.
-Engage with our community through social media, forums, and other platforms to gather feedback and foster relationships with potential and existing customers.
-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the marketing content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
Extra
-Experience working with English-speaking audiences in the SaaS/B2Bmarket.
-Atlassian products experience (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
-Experience in conducting webinars, workshops, and other educational initiatives to
engage with the community and promote our products.
