• Manage renewals by reaching out to current content clients 6 months prior to renewal date.
• Manage expansions by continuous communication with content clients, specifically prior to renewals or anniversary dates for multi-year agreements.
• Account management for current content clients and work with Content Support Team to resolve any issues.
• Continuous training on all Content Partners to remain knowledgeable.
• Work with Content AE’s to transition accounts after closed won
• Internal meeting as needed based on specifics of client account and content solutions purchased.
• Content AE’s will introduce Content AM after close, explaining Content AM will become point of contact.
• Content AM will be on all communications and renewal opportunities transferred into their name.
• Content AM will handle all account management, renewals, auto-renewals, and expansions.
• Provide content clients with monthly outreach regarding marketing materials, webinars, events, etc. to keep engaged.
• Work with Customer Success Managers to provide content support to direct Schoox clients for content purchased from our marketplace.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in the Learning & Development industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with our Content Marketplace Partners is preferred.
