Language Services Associates, Inc. Remote Full-time

This position will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of LSA’s Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining policies, procedures and training programs to meet client contractual compliance obligations
  • Handle the activation & deactivation of interpreters
  • Conduct documentation audits for interpreters in onboarding process
  • Track the status of agency audits & agreements
  • Maintain records and data and track/log necessary information
  • Assist with inquiries, audits and reviews and communicate with customers
  • General administrative, communication, document maintenance activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and manipulate large Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas
  • Must be resourceful in researching new regulations and updates
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize assignments
  • Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and deal with critical time sensitive issues
