This position will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of LSA’s Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining policies, procedures and training programs to meet client contractual compliance obligations
- Handle the activation & deactivation of interpreters
- Conduct documentation audits for interpreters in onboarding process
- Track the status of agency audits & agreements
- Maintain records and data and track/log necessary information
- Assist with inquiries, audits and reviews and communicate with customers
- General administrative, communication, document maintenance activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare and manipulate large Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas
- Must be resourceful in researching new regulations and updates
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize assignments
- Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and deal with critical time sensitive issues
