The Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing activities. Activities include maintenance of compliance, contracting,  and credentialing policies, procedures, monitoring, tracking, and training to meet new and existing client requirements, preparation and delivery of annual compliance training (interpreters), preparation and submission of audit and security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day compliance activity 
  • Preparation, completion, submission client security questionnaires and audits 
  • Preparation, delivery annual compliance training- interpreters 
  • Oversight of credentialing and licensure requirements 
  • Liaise with operational departments 
  • Address escalated issues in a timely manner 
  • Train and mentor staff as directed 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CMS Compliance Requirements 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Knowledge of state clearance requirements 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & meet deadlines
