The Capacity and Launch Supervisor will work in tandem with the healthcare facility staff and assigned providers to successfully launch new Hospitals and ED Units. They will also work with internal teams to manage provider capacity as needed for new business. Incumbent will display a compassionate nature, be knowledgeable about health care practices, and provide exceptional customer service. Our customers are both the facilities and the providers.

Requirements

• Work with Sales to manage clear SOW expectations pre-contract
• Ensure Launches are completed on-time and meet client expectations
• Partner with Recruiting and Implementation to meet launch demand

• Responsible for all collaboration with internal teams related to launch
• Understand and Communicate complete Scope of Work to all providers
• Contribute and collaborate with leadership to maximize provider capacity
• Partner with Recruiting and Implementation to meet launch demand
• Maintain reports to leadership regarding all launch and capacity related performance

• Coordinate and Schedule internal / external meetings as needed via Zoom / Teams
• Smooth transitions to Client Team upon successful launch completion
• Other duties as assigned

Success Measures

• Timely Launches- Facility /Providers Ready
• Ensure Providers are ready to launch and orientated to the facility
• Facility/ Unit work-flow is clearly identified and put in place

Education, Experience, Training and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, additional relevant certifications a plus
• Familiarity with behavioral health
• In-patient or Emergency Department experience is preferred. Either Social Services or Nursing.

• Familiarity with behavioral health
