FireMon is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Campaign Marketing Manager to come aboard and be part of our demand generation team. Bring your excitement and passion for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, across our world-class Tech Stack and forward-thinking organization.
As a high-energy and creative marketer, you will be handling a portfolio of highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company’s pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
What will make you successful is having a strong background in integrated campaign development and execution, collaboration with sales, field marketing, and/or demand generation including planning, message development, execution, and program performance data-driven analysis. This role is best suited for an adaptable, multi-faceted marketer with experience in B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize robust multi-touch and multi-channel programs that capture top-of-funnel prospects and progress them toward qualified leads.
  • Identify demand generation content and messaging needs for each stage of the funnel, and partner with product marketing, creative, customer advocacy, and other teams to fill our content gaps.
  • Oversee the development of demand generation assets (email, landing pages, banners, social ads, sales emails, etc.) working with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to establish priorities, goals, and KPIs, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of ABM principles are beneficial as this role will closely collaborate with ABM marketing team to incorporate ABM plays into broader integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing teams (Social, Digital, Web/SEO, Blog, Regional Marketing, etc.) to produce and implement program messaging and assets across the priority regions and channels.
  • Continuously test and develop new strategies and tactics across all channels to increase touchpoints within a buyer’s journey to deliver high-quality engagements across accounts and buyer groups that fit our ICP (ideal customer profile).
  • Utilize marketing technology, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Relevvo, Jaspei Ai, Outreach and more to execute programs.
  • Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance with the goal of continuous learning and improvement of results and ROI.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or relevant practical experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in demand generation, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns.
  • Expertise in multi-channel demand generation, applying a diverse range of campaign strategies, including ABM, paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication, with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to closing.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for identifying and leveraging new marketing opportunities and technologies.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset. Thrives as a self-starter in fast-paced environments, eager to take the initiative and forge new paths.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to prioritize high-impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Experience with buyer’s journey, nurture tactics, personas, and lead scoring.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense is a bonus.
