The B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive growth in our B2B pipeline. This role involves reaching out via multiple channels to build new relationships, nurturing a pipeline of active contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally, primarily between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve common goals.
Base salary range: CA$50k-$65k, OTE CA$100k-$120k
What you’ll be doing…
- Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, Linkedin and other channels to forge new relationships
- Draft creative messaging to engage with buyer personas
- Nurture your existing book of business with educational material that adds value
- Run split tests and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to assist in creating effective marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies like AI to educate our buyers on a deeper level
