The Role:

As a Business Application analyst, you are responsible for the administration, solution design and delivery, and support for the applications under the Business Applications umbrella. You’ll make sure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly, acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues, as well as generating documentation and training materials.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for business users on enterprise level business applications (M365, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, GP, etc…)
  • M365 experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate a plus++
  • Provide planning and organization on enhancement and upgrade projects
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate ability to quantify results and impact on key performance indicators
  • Formulate use cases, process flows and training material on systems and processes
  • Support the creation of and/or create test plans and training materials relevant to the project
  • Collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company needs

Reports to:

Director of Business Applications


  • 3+ years of work with M365, SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM* and/or Dynamics GP
  • Must have experience with requirements analysis interacting with business users to define clear scope, and create and manage proper cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • SharePoint Online site design experience a plus
  • Design and implementation of business process workflows
  • Project Management experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years’ experience
