Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the global Brand ambassador program that the group will build to lead and grow our global influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) community. Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team, you will assist in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in international expansion. 

Main responsibilities

  • Global Ambassador Operations 
    • Works with our operations team to see through the end-to-end liaising of the seeding kits to our ambassadors 
    • Keeping track of the logistical aspect of our global onboarding and seeding programs
    • Monitoring KOL postings and managing our database of clippings
  • Global Content Development 
    • Support in the conceptualisation and execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and KOC (Key Opinion Customer) collaborations for campaigns, where applicable, including outreach, development of content ideas and formats, and end-to-end liaising with collaborators (e.g. collaborator’s wardrobe, payment administrative tasks)
    • Liaising with internal cross-functional teams to ensure that content brief packages and lookbooks are optimised for each KOL or KOC
    • Coordinate content creation, ensuring that influencers produce high-quality, authentic content in line with the brand’s image
    • Support in the management of all ambassador content with cross-functional marketing teams and in-country marketing teams


You should have / be

  • A tertiary student or fresh graduate looking to learn the ropes in an exciting and ever changing marketing landscape, preferably with prior experience in a similar marketing internship
  • A strong knowledge of global KOLs and influencers
  • Passionate about PR and confident in speaking to and interacting with external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism
  • Highly organised and on-top of the game with a keen eye for details, even under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritise, multitask
  • A passion for the brand and empowering women 
  • An interest in fashion and general female consumer products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
  • Equally creative and strategic thinker
  • A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right, and fast!
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Adept in Google Suite (Words, Slides, Sheets)
