Poll Everywhere is seeking an Associate Product Manager to manage the planning and day-to-day execution of our web product. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delighting customers through product enhancement and will be focused on execution and delivery.
Our web team is responsible for Poll Everywhere’s core web product and one Android and two iOS mobile apps. While delivering fast, high-quality products are the team’s focus, the team deeply values interpersonal connection and support. Poll Everywhere is a web-based tool that allows presenters to create engaging polls to connect with an audience in real-time. Your Impact
- Build a product in partnership with design, engineering, and QA that delights users, acquires customers, and retains them.
- Responsible for project delivery and quality, measured by meeting timelines, timeliness of escalation, and reception of features delivered.
- Provide internal support and proactively identify product interdependencies across increasingly wide swaths of the product.
Own Your Achievements
- Support the day-to-day operations of our web team to keep quality, communication, and timely delivery on point.
- Define & document requirements for a dedicated working team (design, engineering, QA), including clear & specific user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create, monitor, and adapt project timelines, escalating concerns when delivery is at risk.
- Lead all sprint ceremonies from a product and project perspective.
- Work with internal stakeholders (business & engineering) to understand broad business goals and specific project objectives.
- Partner with UX to build intuitive solutions that exceed user expectations and help grow our business.
- Partner with marketing to define go-to-market plans for releases, including internal and external communication.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in release activities.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and share results and related recommendations.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of quality-related issues with guidance and input from internal stakeholders.
- Review incoming bugs from QA and enhancement requests from customers to organize the backlog and escalate tickets when needed.
Spearhead Strategic Initiatives
- Gather metrics and support quarterly business reviews related to the web team product area.
- Support quarterly roadmap planning sessions by providing feedback on timelines, roadblocks, and input on potential product enhancements.

- Experience. 1-2 years of experience in a Product Management role and have shipped at least 1 major feature to customers.
