What you will do
As an Associate Account Manager, you will partner with a Senior Account Manager to enable employers to bring unparalleled access to health care services using Eden’s offerings. You will bring a sound understanding of the healthcare industry, an analytical approach to problem solving, and client management and organizational skills to help transform how primary care is delivered in the U.S.
What success looks like
- Support Eden’s strategic approach to partnerships with employers by maintaining a high-level of customer engagement and satisfaction and facilitating account growth
- This role may manage a small book of business independently, while also supporting the Senior Account Managers
- Participate in the client implementation and onboarding process
- Communicate effectively via phone or through email with clients
- Manage monthly and quarterly account reporting, ensuring accuracy of data and working with the Senior Account Manager to develop data-driven strategic insights
- Assist in project managing contracting for renewals, upsells, and contract amendments
- Facilitate day-to-day cross-functional coordination of customer activities, including but not limited to roster/eligibility management, meeting coordination, ad-hoc customer requests, and various internal deliverables.
- Assist in addressing customer concerns, liaising with internal partners to provide member feedback and support issue resolution
- Partner with Marketing to coordinate customer communications, ensuring consistent and accurate language across all communications
- Help identify common roadblocks and propose solutions for better team efficiency
What you will bring to the role
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, operations, and/or consulting
- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for healthcare, particularly virtual primary care
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, persuade, and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Suite are required
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Mode is helpful
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast paced, dynamic environment and working cross-functionally to achieve team goals
