Aledade Charlotte, NC Full-time

Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape – independent primary care. We were founded in 2014, and since then, we’ve become the largest network of independent primary care in the country – helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value-based care.
We are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join the team. The person in this role will support the success of our ACO REACH and assist in the administration of ACO REACH program components. With the direction of the Service Model Delivery and Innovation Team and ACO REACH Program Manager, the Analyst will monitor contract performance and work with their counterparts to create actionable ways to impact performance, like creating patient-level lists for distribution to practices participating in value-based contracts. In addition, the Analyst will contribute to and drive different activities with Aledade’s Field Teams and internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually defined goals. The Analyst must be flexible, detail-oriented, and service-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in Google Suite tools such as Google Sheets.
