About the role:

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role on our account team to continue building relationships with the clients and grow the account. They will take projects from brief to completion providing outstanding customer service along the way. This role blend of clientfacing and project management experience, working with internal and external partners to bring the work to life. They will work with and in support of the Senior Account Managers, helping to ensure the smooth running of projects of all sizes.  

What you will be doing:

  • Work alongside the Senior Account Managers to support with daily tasks, and handle day-to-day oversight of multiple projects 
  • Own projects of various sizes, and be able to effectively communicate with client, creative team, and production teams throughout the project as the main point-person  
  • Maintain daily status of ongoing projects and deadlines 
  • Prepare briefing materials for internal creative kickoffs 
  • Act as a liaison between account, resourcing, and creative teams  
  • Create timelines for projects to ensure all items are launched in a timely manner 
  • Review creative to ensure it is consistent, targeted and impactful 
  • Share client feedback internally and ensure feedback is addressed correctly in revisions 
  • Help research and understand key industry challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, trends, and competitive activity 
  • Assist in project-related finance processes, generating relevant POs, invoices, etc. 
  • Participate in client meetings and client conference calls 
  • Ability to be resourceful in determining how to handle new incoming requests, and prioritize work for the team 
  • Able to take direction and be a self-starter 
  • Experience in a client facing role 
  • Additional duties as assigned 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-2 years client-facing experience  
  • 1-2 years agency and/or creative experience preferred but not mandatory 
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software, Basic knowledge of Adobe CC a plus 
  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision. 
  • Collaborative team player, open minded and willing to learn. 
  • Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business. 
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information. 
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player. 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $50,000 to $60,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
