We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to accelerate our account based marketing motion. This role is critical in driving one-to-few campaigns at scale and optimizing our digital presence to engage and convert target accounts. You will lead the strategy and execution of digital advertising, account-based marketing campaigns, optimization, and personalization initiatives – all while leveraging advanced tools and data-driven insights to fuel growth.
This role will be instrumental in driving the success of both our inbound and outbound pipe-generation motions and will report into the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Account Based Marketing (ABM): Drive personalized one-to-few ABM campaigns at scale for our target accounts
- Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies to move target accounts through awareness, engagement and conversion stages at the top of the funnel
- A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine conversion points on our website, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize performance
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Translate performance data from digital platforms into actionable insights, connecting the dots between marketing activities and lead/opportunity creation within Salesforce
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Based Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Collaboration & Communication: You’re able to work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals
- Customer Focus: You can understand audience behavior and use that knowledge to inform channel mix and optimize conversion
- Track Record of Success: You have expertise in ABM and Digital Marketing to enterprise accounts. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense is a plus
- Data-savvy: Experience in translating marketing data into business insights, preferably with Salesforce CRM experience
- Flexible & Adaptable: Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
