Your mission

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Customer Care to join our team and be fully responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve Technical Customer issues in web environments.

You will be reporting directly to the Senior Technical Customer Care Agent and will be in charge of guiding and helping the users, support on the development of programs, and evaluating the systems updates to recommend any improvements.


  • Remarkable enthusiasm and will in supporting a scale-up during its growth phase;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Basic Experience with Web programming languages we interact most often (HTML – CSS – Javascript);
  • Experience with Browser Developer Tools” for troubleshooting and debugging (such as Console and Inspector);
  • Good understanding of WordPress;
  • High proficiency in English;
  • Able to draft technical documentation to improve our internal knowledge-base for technical issues;
  • Exceptional soft skills and team spirit

Added values

  • Knowledge of additional languages is more than welcome;
  • Previous experience in start-up, scale-up working environments;
  • Familiarity with software products in general, fundamentals of REST APIs (Postman), and how the web works;
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Care.

At the same time, at your disposal, you have our Bologna and Milan offices. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model, in which we give the possibility to our team members to work from one of our offices up to 2 days per week.
