About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Partnerships Analyst who has a 10x growth mindset, who encourages success for our developer ecosystem, truly believes in unlocking human potential, and has extensive experience in community, the implementation of educational programs, partnerships, and talent marketplaces. You will be responsible for handling and maintaining Andela’s talent partnerships programs aimed at scaling our learning programs and reaching our goal of supporting 1,000,000 aspiring developers on the continent by 2024.

You will be part of a global team that is responsible for leading the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of technologists dedicated to learning software development. Additionally, you and your team will be responsible for building the systems and processes that will support learners.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Management, Process Improvement/Optimization

  • Strong project management skills to lead and handle ed-tech programs this includes the design and implementation of programs for the engineers across different levels of experience in the Andela Community.
  • You will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable systems and processes that will support our fast-growing learners, mentors and partners in the ALC community
  • Build and manage relationships with program partners, vendors, program assistants, and volunteers including developing partnership agreements and monitoring the performance of these bodies.
  • Establish and track success metrics for measuring learner progress and selection effectiveness.
  • Design and implement engagement campaigns or activities as per program goals

Talent network and ALC job board

  • Design and implement the ALC pathway into Andela Talent Network and Job board.
  • Steer the execution and development of sourcing as a service by ensuring there are enough tools and processes that would enable us to identify and profile performing learners.
  • Ensure there is confidence in the ALC graduates by ensuring that they are technically able to prove they know what they claim they do and hence ready for hire either at Andela or by any other company.



  • 2+ years running engaging learning programs for talent communities e.g university programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a complex and developing organisation
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Have a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Great interpersonal abilities
