The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible four sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. #LI-Remote

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition covering high volume Sales roles on a monthly hiring target
  • Builds rapport with leadership and drives the hiring process with the candidate and hiring managers
  • Works with sales directors to achieve monthly hiring targets
  • Partners with hiring managers and recruiting team to develop, implement and execute recruiting initiatives.
  • Sources candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media) and seeking out new ways to source for candidates
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and follows up with candidates during the interview 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting for high volume sales roles
  • Exceptional recruiter – able to create strong candidate pipeline and close offers
  • Ability to handle high volume with tight deadlines with speed
  • Confident – leads from the front
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
