Sr. Director Corporate Brand and Growth Marketing


As the Senior Director of Corporate Brand and Growth Marketing at PAR Technology Corp. (NYSE: PAR) you will be the “keeper of the brand” for the entire company working internally within marketing and interdepartmentally to align the business brand with vertical market, investor and partner value. Additionally, this position will work with sales and service teams to generate new revenues across multiple products with some of the largest restaurant brands in the world and high growth new restaurant brands.


This position will include coaching and managing teams of business-to-business marketers to expand the company’s market share for PAR’s family of software, service and hardware solutions within the global restaurant and hospitality industry. Reporting to the corporate chief marketing officer you will be responsible for developing and successfully executing brand oversight, demand generation, account based marketing and growth marketing efforts.


How you’ll make your mark


You will take ownership to ensure that the company achieves our big hairy audacious goal of becoming the largest hospitality technology company in the world by 2030. You will make a difference daily by leading multiple marketing teams that use speed and agility to collaborate with leaders across the company including Sales, Channel Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Services Partner Management to deliver data driven marketing outcomes for new and existing clients. Additionally, you will:


  • Lead, coach and develop a growing marketing team of direct reports plus contractors and agencies.
  • Support PAR’s business strategy and annual operating plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Contribute value as a key member of the PAR Leadership Team and the PAR Sales and Marketing Leadership Team to develop, drive and measure our marketing strategy, plan, and tactics.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation strategy in the marketing disciplines Growth Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Design, plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns for restaurant brands and franchisees.  Measure, analyze and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and manage performance through KPIs such as qualified marketing traffic, leads by customer journey stage, conversions, customer acquisition cost and more.
  • Lead and execute ABM campaigns for select enterprise restaurant brands across all digital channels with the support of cross-functional marketing operation efforts.  Conduct analysis across campaigns to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance.
  • Manage a budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth.  Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies.
  • Enhance marketing automation understanding across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead assignment, and driving funnel stage progression.
  • Manage the brand execution across the business ensuring that the delivery of the PAR brand messaging is in line with the company’s brand identity, values and strategy.
  • Work with M&A teams to develop brand integration and transition strategies that minimize industry confusion and maximize brand adoption.


Education, Experience and Key Skills for winning


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of marketing leadership, particularly demonstrated in a B2B software as a service (SaaS) business.
  • Work Experience: Portfolio of quantifiable marketing successes and demonstrated results in hiring, leading and developing teams at a medium to large company scale (>$100M).
  • Knowledge: The preferred candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant industry practices, thought leaders and technology partners.
  • Tools: CRM (MS Dynamics), Marketing Automation (Hubspot), CMS (Seismic), MS Office – other equivalent systems experience desirable.
  • Skills: The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skill to support their expert level leadership and team building skills.



  • Remote work environment: Must be willing and able to work remotely.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time for head office meetings, partner meetings and participation in industry events.
