About this role: 
As a Senior Manager in Growth Marketing your mandate will be to bring new customers to the Devoted family through digital acquisition channels. You will own a multi-million dollar advertising budget and drive the strategy, testing, and analytics of two or more of our core digital channels in order to deliver against aggressive growth and ROI targets. As part of this mandate you will also partner cross functional with engineering, data science, sales, creative, and external platforms / publishers in order to shape our trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate hypotheses, design A/B tests, set KPIs, execute and rapidly iterate on the testing roadmap for one or more marketing channels in order to hit customer acquisition targets within ROI constraints
  • Drive new learnings across targeting, keywords, bidding, creative / copy, campaign structure, landing experiences, tracking, and analytics 
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth (and course correct quickly when necessary) 
  • Partner with engineering and data science to advance our thinking around bidding automation, measurement / attribution
  • Develop a strong partnership with our reps at various platforms / publishers (Google, DSPs) for strategic growth and beta testing opportunities
  • Be the subject matter expert on your digital channels and be willing to roll up your sleeves (allocating budgets, managing campaigns, balancing scale vs. efficiency, educating and sharing insights)  

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing / channel management capacity or 5+ years of experience in another analytical / fast paced business setting (finance, consulting, etc.), with strong interest in shifting to a performance marketing role with P&L responsibility 
  • Ability to develop and communicate innovative ideas and insights clearly and proficiently across the organization to those both junior and senior to you (and coach others in the same way)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data. Fluency in excel required. SQL / Looker a plus
  • Comfort in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment. We are building a lot from the ground up so you’ll need to be comfortable starting with a blank slate 
  • A growth mindset. Any problem can be figured out and every test that fails is a learning opportunity
  • A ‘get stuff done’ mentality and a highly collaborative attitude. You’ll need a willingness to roll up your sleeves, wear multiple hats, engage across teams with different backgrounds and varying levels of familiarity with your channels 
  • Prior management and team development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in economics, statistics, math or a similarly quantitative concentration. MBA is a bonus
