How you will help
HealthVerity is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the integration of key software components and services for our team members across the entire organization. Working closely with software vendors and platforms, you will shape how we can leverage third party solutions that allow us to work most effectively. You will be a key driver in how our team members interact with software in order to make their jobs as frictionless as possible.
What you will do
• Administration of Salesforce platform ensuring optimal performance
• Integration of Salesforce with other internal software and platforms
• Manage third party software interactions with internal business processes
• Develop business requirements and logic for solutions
• Work with implementation teams to develop solutions
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity 
• Train users to take advantage of improved workflow process
About you
• A detail-oriented independent starter 
• Able to gather comprehensive requirements
• Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical audiences with impeccable communication skills
• Able to follow projects through to completion 
Desired skills and experience
• 2+ years of experience in a business system analyst or similar role
• 1+ years experience in Salesforce administration role
• Experience with fundamental SDLC processes such as peer review and version control
• Experience developing with the following APIs/SDKs: Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, HubSpot, Google Workspace
• Experience with user training
• Experience with reporting services such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, etc
• Experience with scripting languages, SQL and Python preferred
