This role is to lead the Sales Operations team for our Retail Business Development org.  It is a people manager role, with a team of three individuals.  This role partners closely with our account teams to ensure a predictable business, while building, documenting and deploying key sales processes.  We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who has experience in these areas and can also run our weekly Rhythm of the Business.

ABOUT THE TEAM –The Sales Operations team is a part of the Retail Excellence & Sales Operations org (RE&SO), which sits within the Retail Business Development org.  This leader will work with peers in the other pillars of the RE&SO org, the account teams and cross functional partners. 


  • Build and lead a best-in-class Sales Operations team 
  • Run the regular rhythm of the business for the Retail Business Development org, including weekly scrums, deep dives, pipeline reviews; drive actions out of all forums to closure 
  • Lead the process and drive the content for the Retail team, in preparation for the company’s Weekly Business Review with the Executive team
  • Drive sales discipline and excellence by developing and deploying best in class sales processes resulting in a healthy, predictable, rapidly growing and scaling business
  • Help run the business; coach and support sales managers on executing their key priorities  
  • Champion discipline and sales execution, holding sales manager accountable and driving disciplined approach to sales execution
  • Contribute to planning activities and the build out of OKRs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run the process around setting, managing, tracking to company and BD Retail OKRs
  • Partner with Business Operations to increase overall execution excellence and capabilities    
  • Look around the corner, and takes steps in order to enable the organization to be more effective and proactive
  • Constantly prioritizes time to work on the most impactful things only
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships


  • Highly tactical individual, with 7-10+ years experience in building, developing and running sales processes, sales operations in a fast growing, quickly scaling business 
  • Experience managing the weekly rhythm around opportunity management and pipeline; experience in a tech sales environment a plus
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes and how they are enabled through CRM tools; Salesforce certification/experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
